摘要：

目的: 探讨乌灵胶囊联合阿戈美拉汀治疗女性抑郁伴睡眠障碍患者的疗效及对神经递质和内分泌激素的影响。方法: 选择2016年1月至2018年5月在温州市第七人民医院治疗的128例女性抑郁伴睡眠障碍患者，随机分为联合组和单一组各64例，单一组采用阿戈美拉汀治疗，联合组采取阿戈美拉汀联合乌灵胶囊治疗，连续治疗8周后，观察两组临床疗效、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分、神经递质和内分泌激素水平的变化。结果: 治疗8周后，联合组总有效率为93.75%，单一组为81.25%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗4周、8周后，两组HAMD评分、PSQI评分较治疗前明显降低（P<0.05），且联合组明显低于单一组（P<0.05）；治疗后5-羟色胺（5-HT）、去甲肾上腺素（NE）、雌二醇（E2）水平较治疗前明显提高（P<0.05），且联合组明显高于单一组（P<0.05），治疗后两组FSH水平较治疗前明显降低（P<0.05），且联合组明显低于单一组（P<0.05）；两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论:乌灵胶囊联合阿戈美拉汀治疗女性抑郁伴睡眠障碍患者的效果良好，可明显改善睡眠障碍、神经递质和内分泌激素水平，且不增加不良反应，具有较高的临床价值。

Abstract:

AIM: To investigate the curative effects of Wuling capsule combined with agomelatin in female patients with depression and sleep disorders and its effect on neurotransmitters and endocrine hormones. METHODS: A total of 128 female patients with depression and sleep disorder who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2018 were selected and were randomly divided into combined group (64 cases) and single group (64 cases). The single group was treated with agomelatine and the combined group was treated with agomelatine and Wuling capsules. After 8 weeks of continuous treatment, the clinical efficacy, HAMD score, PSQI score, neurotransmitter and endocrine hormone levels were observed in the two groups. RESULTS:After 8 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 93.75% in the combined group and 81.25% in the single group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment, the HAMD score and PSQI score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the combined group was significantly lower than the single group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of 5-HT, NE and E2 were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the combined group was significantly higher than the single group (P<0.05). After treatment, FSH levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the combined group was significantly lower than the single group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: Wuling capsule combined with agomelatin has a good effect on female depression patients with sleep disorders, it can significantly improve the levels of sleep disorders, neurotransmitters and endocrine hormones, and does not increase adverse reactions, which is of high clinical value.
