Research status of influence of hemodilution on anesthetics and depth of anesthesia

摘要: 围术期自体输血与血液保护已成为现代医学关注的热点,血液稀释作为一种节约用血的有效方法在临床上广为应用,其可降低临床对异体血源的需求,在一定程度缓解临床用血紧张的矛盾,但血液稀释本身也会对人体生理机能产生一定的影响,尤其是对麻醉药物的药代和药效动力学以及麻醉深度会产生特定的影响。本文重点围绕血液稀释对麻醉药浓度及麻醉深度影响的相关研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: Perioperative autotransfusion and blood protection has become a hot issue in modern medicine. Hemodilution, as an effective method of saving blood, has been widely used in clinical practice. It can reduce the clinical demand for allogeneic blood source and relieve the tension of clinical blood use to a certain extent. However, hemodilution itself will also have a certain impact on human physiological functions; especially it can affect the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of anesthetics and the depth of anesthesia. This paper focuses on the effects of hemodilution on anesthetics and anesthesia depth.
