Abstract: Objective To promote the recovery of neonatal resuscitation technology,management,reduce the mortality rate of neonatal asphyxia. Method A retrospective analysis was carried out in 23 midwifery institutions from 2004 to 2012 Chaoyang district in Beijing city,to promote the establishment of neonatal asphyxia recovery technology,high-risk infants referral network. Results The rate of neonatal asphyxia was decreased from 3.40% to 1.01%,the perinatal mortality rate decreased from 10.22‰ to 5.76‰.Compared 2008 with 2012 in primary and private hospitals,secondary hospitals,tertiary hospitals,the rates of neonatal asphyxia were respectively 69.53%,42.08%,51.48%. Conclusion Establishing training bases on government,the establishment of long-term mechanism,focusing on training and management at the primary level hospital is the key to reduce the rate of neonatal asphyxia.
