Abstract: China is the second ranked country of preterm infants in the world, and the number of preterm infants is rising year by year.The increasing number of live born preterm infants makes the mental and physical development problems increasingly important.This review summarizes the factors affecting the mental and physical development of premature infants and the early interventions,thereby offering guide to child care physicians, early childhood education & rehabilitation institutions as well as parents for carrying out effective early interventions and bridging the gap with full-term infants at the same ageto the greatest extent possible.

摘要: 中国是全球早产儿数量第二多的国家,且每年出生的早产儿数量也在逐年攀升。越来越多早产儿的出现,使得早产儿精神及体格发育问题日趋重要。本文就早产儿精神和体格发育的影响因素及早期干预等问题进行综合评述,从而为儿童保健医师、早教康复机构以及家长进行有效的早期干预提供理论依据,以期最大程度缩小与同龄足月儿差距。
