microRNA and drug-induced liver injury

摘要: 肝脏是人体中最重要的器官之一,参与人体代谢,并具有解毒功能,较易被各种药物和代谢产物所影响。药物性肝损伤是指药物或代谢物引起的肝损害或肝脏对药物及其代谢物的过敏反应所致的疾病,也称作药物性肝病。microRNA(miRNA)是一类小分子的非编码RNA,在多种疾病中具有重要调控作用。本文就microRNA在药物性肝损伤中的调控作用及机制作简要综述。

Abstract: The liver is one of the most important organs in human body, which participates in metabolism and detoxification. The liver is easily affected by various drugs and their metabolites. Drug-induced liver injury, also known as drug-induced liver disease, refers to the liver damage or allergic reaction to liver caused by drugs and their metabolites. MicroRNA (miRNA) is a kind of small non-coding RNA, which plays an important regulatory role in many diseases. In this review, the effects and mechanisms of miRNAs in drug-induced liver injury were summarized.
