摘要:

中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(neutrophil extracellular traps,NETs)是由DNA组蛋白复合物和活化中性粒细胞释放的蛋白质组成的网状结构。NETs最初被发现是宿主对抗病原体的主要防御手段,由于其与肿瘤密切相关,因此引起了越来越多的关注。NETs几乎参与肿瘤病理生理的各个方面。越来越多的研究支持NETs在肿瘤治疗抵抗中的功能作用,包括T细胞耗竭、血管生成、上皮间质转变和细胞外基质重塑等。此外,NETs可以提供一种微环境,有助于限制多种肿瘤的治疗反应。因此,本文旨在对NETs的形成及其在肿瘤治疗抵抗中的研究进行全面综述,并着重于临床应用。

Abstract:

Neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) are meshwork structures composed of DNA histone complexes and proteins released by activated neutrophils. NETs were initially found to be a major host defence against pathogens and have attracted increasing attention due to their close association with tumours. NETs are involved in almost every aspect of tumour pathophysiology. A growing body of research supports a functional role for NETs in tumour therapeutic resistance, including T cell depletion, angiogenesis, epithelial mesenchymal transition and extracellular matrix remodelling. In addition, NETs can provide a microenvironment that helps to limit the therapeutic response in a wide range of tumours. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to provide a comprehensive review of the formation of NETs and their study in tumour therapeutic resistance, with a focus on clinical applications.
