维生素D对子宫内膜异位症发病的影响机制

摘要:

子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMT)是临床发病率较高的妇科疾病,痛经、盆腔痛为主要症状,发病与免疫应答、炎症、细胞增殖凋亡密切相关。近几年有研究发现维生素D对骨代谢、钙磷平衡、细胞凋亡等具有调控作用,并且参与慢性炎性疾病、免疫疾病以及肿瘤疾病发病过程。本文从免疫应答、炎症反应、细胞增殖凋亡分析维生素D参与EMT发病过程的作用机制及其临床诊断、治疗应用成效。结果发现免疫应答、炎症反应、细胞增殖凋亡是维生素D参与EMT发生与病情进展的主要机制,对EMT发生、发展及妊娠结局显示出潜在的预测价值,可以为内异症的无创治疗提供新思路与方向。

Abstract:

Endometriosis (EMT) is a gynecological disease with high clinical incidence, with dysmenorrhea and pelvic pain as the main symptoms. The pathogenesis is closely related to immune response, inflammation, cell proliferation and apoptosis. In recent years, studies have found that vitamin D has regulatory effects on bone metabolism, calcium and phosphorus balance, and apoptosis. It is also involved in the pathogenesis of chronic inflammatory diseases, immune diseases and tumor diseases. This article analyzes the mechanism of vitamin D in the pathogenesis of EMT and its clinical diagnosis and treatment application effect from immune response, inflammatory response, cell proliferation and apoptosis. The results showed that immune response, inflammatory response, cell proliferation and apoptosis were the main mechanisms of vitamin D involved in the occurrence and progression of EMT, which had certain predictive value for the occurrence, development and pregnancy outcome of EMT, which could be used as a new idea and target for non-invasive treatment for endometriosis.
