摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的考察铝镁硅油片对大鼠胃酸和胃蛋白酶活性的影响。方法以胃酸和胃蛋白酶活性测定作为药效学指标。结果和结论 与对照组相比,本品不影响大鼠正常胃液分泌,但能显著升高胃液pH 和降低总酸排出量,高剂量组(600 mg·kg^-1)尚能显著降低胃液总酸度;能抑制大鼠胃蛋白酶活性,180 mg·kg^-1,600 mg·kg^-1的作用更为显著(P<0.05,P<0.01),其剂量和酶活性抑制作用间呈良好的线性关系。

Abstract: Aim To study the effects of alumina,magnesia,and simethicone tabeton the secretionof gastric acid and pepsin activity in rats.Methods The pharmacodynamic indices were measured by the secretion of gastric acid and pepsin activity.Results and Conclusion Compared with the controlgroup,alumina,magnesia,and simethicone inhibited gastricacid and increased pH of gastric juice.A significant decrease occurred in pepsin activity after a doses of 180mg·kg^-1and 600mg·kg^-1(P<0.05 and P<0.01,respectively)and a positive relationship between decreased pepsin activity and doses of alumina,magnesia,and simethicone(r =0.987).There are no influence on secretion of gastricjuice.
