摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的观察阿司匹林对卡托普利治疗充血性心力衰竭的影响。方法将74 例CHF 患者按入院前是否服用阿司匹林分为2 组, 均给予卡托普利12.5 mg 口服, tid, 并逐渐加量为25 mg, tid, 连服28 d。结果未用阿司匹林组显效率为46.7 %, 总有效率为70 %, 与曾用阿司匹林组相比差异显著(P <0.05);患者心率明显下降, 优于曾用阿司匹林组(P<0.05);心脏收缩功能参数LVEF、FS 以及舒张功能参数E/A 明显增加(P <0.01), 且较曾用阿司匹林组为优(P <0.05)。结论曾经应用阿司匹林的时间越长, 卡托普利治疗CHF 的效果越差。

Abstract: AIM: To investigate the influence of aspirin on the efficacy of captopril in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure (CHF). METHODS: 74 cases of CHF were divided into 2 groups depending on whether aspirin was administrated before captopril was given, then all patients were given captopril 12.5 - 25 mg, tid, for 28 days. RESULTS: In aspirin group, marked effective rate was 46.7 %, and total effective rate was 70 %, superior to that in no aspirin group (P < 0.05).The heart rate (HR) evidently decreased (P < 0.05) in aspirin group.Other indices, including the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), fraction shortening (FS) and the rate of filling velocity in early diastole over that in late diastole (E/A), were significantly increased (P <0.01) in aspirin group. CONCLUSION: The longer is the administration of aspirin, the poorer is the effects of captopril added in the treatment of CHF.
