促肝细胞生长素联合腺苷蛋氨酸治疗慢性重型肝炎疗效观察

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的观察促肝细胞生长素联合腺苷蛋氨酸治疗慢重肝的疗效。方法 120 例慢重肝患者随机分成两组, 联合用药组(n =62) 和常规治疗组(n =58)。联合用药组在一般治疗的基础上加用促肝细胞生长素及腺苷蛋氨酸, 常规治疗组采用一般治疗。结果促肝细胞生长素联合腺苷蛋氨酸联合用药组肝功能明显改善(P <0.05), 总有效率、显效率明显高于常规治疗组(P <0.05), 病死率明显低于常规治疗组(P <0.05), 早、中期慢重肝炎患者的存活率明显高于常规治疗组(P <0.05)。结论促肝细胞生长素联合腺苷蛋氨酸治疗慢重肝具有协同保护肝细胞, 促肝细胞再生的作用, 能明显改善肝功能, 降低病死率。对慢重肝患者应早期、足量使用促肝细胞生长素及腺苷蛋氨酸, 能取得满意的治疗效果。

Abstract: AIM: To observe the therapeutic effect of hepatocyte growth-promoting factor (PHGF) combined with transmetil in treatment of chronic severe hepatitis (CSF). METHODS: 120 patients were divided randomly into two groups:the combined treatment group and the routine group.All the patients received ordinary therapy, and 62 patients, based on the therapy, received PHGF combined with transmetil in the combined treatment group. RESULTS: Compared with the routine treatment group, the levels of total serum bilirubin and prothrombin time were decreased significantly (P <0.05) in the combined treatment, and the total effective ratio was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: PHGF and transmetil show a synergism in the protection of liver function.
