一氧化氮供体药物的研究进展与应用前景

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 一氧化氮(NO) 供体药物具有抗增生、抗血小板聚集、参与免疫调节等作用, 并在缺血再灌注损伤中扮重要角色;NO 供体药物在心血管疾病、阳痿和妊高征的治疗中占重要地位, 并可望成为急性胰腺炎和白血病的治疗药物之一。

Abstract: The nitric oxide donor drugs have the functions of anti-hyperplasia, inhibiting platelet adhesion and aggregation, regulating immune response, etc.It suggests that these drugs play important roles in therapy of cardiovascular diseases, male impotence and pregnancyinduced hypertension syndrome.
