祛瘀宁痛贴治疗急性软组织损伤的机理探讨

Study on the mechanisms of Quyuningtong paster in treating acute soft tissue injury in rats

摘要: 目的: 探讨祛瘀宁痛贴治疗急性软组织损伤的作用机理。方法: 采用大鼠急性软组织损伤模型,观察祛瘀宁痛贴对大鼠血液流变学指标、血小板聚集率和血栓形成的影响。结果: 祛瘀宁痛贴0. 3 、0. 9 、1. 8 g·kg-1生药能明显降低急性软组织损伤大鼠的全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原含量、红细胞压积, 减慢血沉速度, 降低血沉K 值, 缩短红细胞电泳时间, 并能抑制血小板聚集率和体外血栓形成(P<0. 05或P<0. 01) 。结论: 改善血液流变学, 抑制血小板聚集和血栓形成, 可能是祛瘀宁痛贴治疗急性软组织损伤作用机理的一方面。

Abstract: AIM: To study the mechanisms of Quyuningtong paster (QYNTP) in treating acute soft tissue injury in rats.METHODS: The models of acute soft tissue injury were established to observe the effects of QYNTP on the indexes of hemorheology in rats caused by strike, the rate of platelet aggregation and the thrombus formation in vitro.RESULTS: QYNTP (0. 3, 0. 9 and 1. 8 g·kg-1) reduced the viscosity of whole blood, viscosity of plasma, content of fibrinogen, and packed volume of erythrocyte, slowed down the rate of erythrocyte sedimentation, reduced the K value in erythrocyte sedimentation rate equation, and shorten the erythrocyte electrophoresis time. It also inhibited the platelet aggregation and thrombus formation in vitro (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01).CONCLUSION: Improving the hemorheology and inhibiting the platelet aggregation and thrombus formation may be one aspect of the mechanisms of QYNTP in treating acute soft tissue injury in rats.
