特利加压素治疗肝肾综合征的疗效分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的观察特利加压素治疗肝肾综合征的疗效。方法 60 例患者分为2 组, 在内科综合治疗基础上, A 组使用特利加压素, B 组为对照组,观察患者临床表现、实验室指标、转归等。结果 A 组较B 组平均动脉压增高、尿量增多、血Cr 降低, 有效率增加, 差异有统计学意义。结论特利加压素对肝肾综合征的治疗安全、有效。

Abstract: AIM: To observe the effect of terlipressin in the management of patients with hepatorenal syndrome. METHODS: 60 patients were divided into two groups.In Group A, terlipressine was used and Group B was control group.The clinical manifestation, laboratory examination, turnover were observed during treatment. RESULTS: Compared with Group B, the effective power, the mean arterial pressure and the total urine output were increased significantly, the serum creatinine level was decreased remarkably. CONCLUSION: Terlipressin is safe and effective on hepatorenal syndrome with minute adverse reaction.
