爱全乐等氧气雾化吸入对减轻术后咳嗽、咳痰及降低肺部感染的临床研究

Clinical study on relieving cough, expectoration and reducing lung infection after inhalating oxygen atomization

摘要: 目的: 探究爱全乐等氧气雾化吸入对减轻术后咳嗽、咳痰及降低肺部感染的疗效。方法: 将本院104例接受手术后出现咳嗽、咳痰现象的患者随机均分为研究组和对照组,每组各52例。研究组进行爱全乐氧气雾化治疗,对照组进行常规超声雾化。结果: 研究组的患者术后咳嗽、咳痰及降低肺部感染恢复情况较对照组更加好和快,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与此同时,研究组并发症情况少于对照组,差异同样具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: 爱全乐等氧气雾化吸入,有助于患者术后进行咳痰以及排痰,同时减轻咳嗽情况以及降低患者肺部感染,值得在临床上推广应用。

Abstract: AIM: To research the effect of oxygen atomization for postoperative cough, expectoration and alleviate the lung infection, and to provide reference for recovery treatment.METHODS: 104 patients with cough were randomly divided into two groups (n=52)in our hospital within one year.The study group was received oxygen atomization treatment,and the control group was received ultrasonic nebulization .RESULTS: The recovery of study group of patients' cough, expectoration and alleviate lung infection recovery were better and faster than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time, the complication in study group was less than that of control group (P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Oxygen atomization helps to protect patients' respiratory tract with postoperative.It helps patients sputum expectoration, and also relieves cough and reduces the incisional pain for patients, and it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
