摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的: 研究积雪草总苷对A549诱导的荷瘤裸鼠的抗肿瘤作用。方法: 用A549细胞建立裸鼠荷瘤模型,随机分为空白组、模型组、积雪草总苷高、中、低剂量组。造模后连续给药 21 d,断头取血,取瘤,计算抑瘤率;HE染色法观察肿瘤细胞形态变化;ELISA法测定血清中IL-2、TNF-α表达水平。结果: 与模型组相比,积雪草总苷能显著抑制肿瘤的生长;并使得部分肿瘤细胞坏死、溶解、消失;还能明显提高IL-2、TNF-α的含量(P<0.01)。结论: 积雪草总苷具有一定的抗肿瘤作用,其机制可能与提高IL-2、TNF-α的含量有关。

Abstract: AIM: To discuss the anti-tumor effect of centelase on lung cancer induced by A549.METHODS: The lung cancer naked mouse models were established by A549 tumor cell. The mouse were randomly divided into five groups: the normal control group, the model group, the high dose group of centelase, the middle dose group of centelase and the low dose group of centelase and continuously treated and given drugs for 21 d after modeling. Blood and tumors were collected and the tumor inhibition rate was calculated. The morphological changes of tumor cells were observed by HE staining. The levels of IL-2,TNF-α were determined by ELISA.RESULTS: Compared with the model group, centelase could inhibit tumor cell significantly, make part of the tumor cell necrosis, dissolution, disappear and increase the levels of IL-2、TNF-α significantly(P<0.01).CONCLUSION: Centelase shows its anti-tumor effect by increasing the levels of IL-2,TNF-α.
