摘要: 血栓调节蛋白(thrombomodulin,TM)主要表达于血管内皮细胞。血管内皮细胞受损后引起TM的异常表达并释放入血。因此TM被认为是内皮细胞损伤的一种标志物,并与许多疾病的发生、发展有着密切关系。本文对近年来有关TM的研究按照抗炎作用、维持上皮细胞形态、改善血液系统疾病、改善移植及抗肿瘤等方面进行综述。这些研究提示TM不仅对多种疾病有诊断、预后意义,也可能成为这些疾病重要的治疗靶点或治疗药物,具有广阔的临床应用前景。

Abstract: Thrombomodulin(TM)is expressed mainly in vascular endothelium. The injury on endothelium causes the abnormal expression of TM and secretion of TM into blood. Therefore, TM is accepted as the marker for endothelial injury and associated with the initiation and developments of many kinds of disease. The present review summarized the recent advances of TM on anti-inflammation, maintaining epithelial morphology, improving hematopathy and transplantation, and anti-tumor effects. These findings suggest that TM not only possess diagnostic and prognostic significance, but also become the important therapeutic target or agent for many kinds of diseases.
