Research progress on interaction between tumor microenvironment and breast cancer cells leading to tumor metastasis

摘要: 乳腺癌是一种侵袭性强、转移性强、复发率高的恶性肿瘤,能够通过多种途径实现乳腺癌细胞向其他组织的转移。肿瘤与其他细胞相互作用形成的肿瘤微环境为乳腺癌细胞的转移提供条件。本文综述了近年来肿瘤微环境对乳腺癌细胞转移的作用及机制,包括脂肪细胞、成纤维细胞、神经内分泌细胞、免疫和炎症细胞、血液和淋巴管网络及细胞外基质,并讨论如何为预防乳腺癌转移提供治疗方案。

Abstract: Breast cancer is a malignant tumor with strong invasiveness, strong metastasis and high recurrence rate. Breast cancer cells can be transferred to different tissues in a variety of ways. Breast cancer cells can spread because of the tumor microenvironment created by tumor interaction with surrounding cells. This review examines the role and mechanisms of the tumor microenvironment in breast cancer cell metastasis in recent years, including adipocytes, fibroblasts, neuroendocrine cells, immune and inflammatory cells, blood and lymphatic network, and extracellular matrix, as well as how to treat breast cancer metastasis.
