摘要: 疼痛是癌症患者最常见且最难控制的症状,也是影响患者生活质量的重要因素。肿瘤疼痛具有不同于其它慢性疼痛的独特机制。近几年已建立了多种小鼠、大鼠肿瘤疼痛模型, 模拟临床肿瘤侵入神经或骨转移产生的疼痛, 以及化疗诱导的外周神经病变性疼痛, 且成功用于治疗肿瘤疼痛药物的评价。随着分子生物学技术的发展和对疼痛机理的深入理解, 细胞和基因水平的镇痛治疗作为新的干预手段,已成为传统三阶段治疗方法的有效补充。

Abstract: Pain is a major symptom in patients suffering from cancer and also the most important factor which affects the quality of patients' lives.Cancer pain has unique mechanism from that of other kinds of pain.Recent years, there have established sorts of cancer pain models in rats and mice and modeled clinical pains caused by tumor intruding nerves or osseous metastasis, or pain of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy, and they have been used in evaluations of cancer pain treatment drugs.With the development of molecular biology technology and comprehend of pain mechanisms, relieve pain treatments in cell and gene levels as a new method have become an effective addition to traditional 3-stePanalgesic ladder.
