n-3 PUFA对哮喘患儿肺功能及血清细胞因子水平变化影响的研究

Effect of n-3 PUFA supplementation on pulmonary ventilation function and cytokine production of children with asthma

摘要: 目的 研究补充n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-3PUFA)鱼油制剂对哮喘患儿肺通气功能和血清细胞因子的影响。方法 选择西安交通大学第二附属医院儿童哮喘专病门诊就诊的哮喘患儿分为观察组46例、对照组26例,观察组在给予哮喘常规治疗的基础上每日补充n-3 PUFA鱼油制剂16周,分别检测治疗前后呼出气肺功能FEV1、PEF和FeNO的变化以及血清细胞因子IL-4、IL-5、IFN-γ、TGF-β1的水平变化,并对检测结果进行分析。结果 与对照组相比,补充n-3 PUFA鱼油制剂组在治疗16周后肺功能指标FEV1%、PEF%明显增高(P<0.01),FeNO水平明显降低(P<0.01),而患儿血清IL-4、 IL-5、TGF-β1水平明显降低(P<0.05 ),IFN-γ增高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 补充n-3 PUFA鱼油制剂可提高哮喘患儿肺通气功能,影响细胞因子水平变化,具有减轻哮喘儿童气道炎症。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of the expression of n-3 PUFA supplementation on pulmonary ventilation function,exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO) and cytokine production of children with asthma. Methods Children with asthma were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group (46 cases) and conventional group (26 cases).The conventional group was treated with conventional methods.The treatment group was given additional n-3PUFA supplementation besides conventional treatment.FEV1%,PEF%,FeNO and IL-4,IL-5,IFN-γ,TGF-β1 in the serum were measured before and after the treatmen. Results Compared with conventional group,the FEV1%,PEF% increased significantly (P<0.01) and FeNO decreased (P<0.01) among treatment group after the treatment.The concentration of IL-4,IL-5,TGF-β1 decreased,and that of IFN-γ increased in the serum of asthma children with before and after the treatment. Conclusion The n-3PUFA can remarkably improves ventilation,reduce airway inflammation in children with asthma.
