摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨济南市城乡结合部小学高年级性教育现状，了解小学生对性生理，卫生保健等知识的了解程度和方式。方法采取分层随机整群抽样的方法，随机抽取济南市历城区两所小学和市中区1所小学的四、五年级的全体学生作为调查对象，并利用自编调查问卷进行无记名调查。结果济南市城乡结合部小学生对性知识的了解程度平均得分为4.20分(总分为12分)，女生的得分显著高于男生，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄学生的了解程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应尽早采取积极的干预措施，为学校提供相关人力物力资源，开展有效的性教育。

Abstract: Objective To study the elementary school senior pupils' present situation of sex education in Jinan's urban fringe area and understand their level and access in sexual physiology and health care knowledge. Methods The method of stratified-clustered-random sampling was used in this study.The senior pupils who sampled from two primary schools in Licheng and one primary school in Shizhong,were surveyed with self-made questionnaires. Results In Jinan urban fringe area,senior pupils' degrees of sexual knowledge scored an average of 4.20 points (total of 12 points),girls' score was significantly higher than boys' (P<0.05),the degrees of students in different age had significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion A positive intervention measures should be taken to provide related manpower resources for school and carry out effective sex education as soon as possible.
