摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的了解浦东新区幼儿园儿童身高生长状况和遗传潜能发挥情况,分析影响身高的因素,为促进学龄前儿童增长提供依据。方法 2018年1-3月采用整群随机抽样方法调查浦东新区10所幼儿园3~7岁儿童的身高生长状况。通过体格测量和问卷调查,获得儿童身高及相关影响因素等数据。结果调查分析3 785名儿童(男:1 953名,女:1 832名),有4.7％的儿童生长迟缓。41.2％的儿童目前年龄别身高低于靶身高1个百分位数区间以上。11.8%的儿童身高偏离正常范围。结论需加强对儿童身高综合评价,采取相应干预措施,促进儿童体格增长。

Abstract: Objective To understand the height growth and genetic potential of kindergartens children in Pudong new area,and explore the influencing factors of height, in order to provide basis for promoting the growth of preschool chidren's height. Methods Cluster random sampling method was adopted to investigate the height growth of children aged 3-7 years in 10 kindergartens in Pudong new area from January to March in 2018.Data on height and related influencing factors were obtained through physical examination and questionnaire survey. Results A total of 3 785 children(with 1 953 male students and 1 832 female students) were investigated and analyzed,of which 4.7% of the children had stunted growth. And 41.2% of children height for age was under one percentile interval of the target height. 11.8% of the children's height deviated from the normal range. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the comprehensive evaluation of children's height and to take corresponding intervention measures in order to promote the growth of children's height.
