共患注意缺陷多动障碍对学龄阿斯伯格综合征儿童学业及社交功能损害的影响

Effect of comorbid attention deficit hyperactivity disorder on achool-age Asperger syndrome children's academic and social function impairment

摘要: 目的 探讨共患注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)对学龄阿斯伯格综合征(AS)儿童学业及社交功能损害的影响。方法 应用Vanderbilt ADHD评定定量表对门诊确诊的90例学龄AS患儿(男85例,女5例)进行评估,年龄6.0~14.0岁,平均(9.11±2.11)岁。其中共患ADHD 44例,分别评定共患ADHD及单纯AS儿童的学业及社交功能损害情况并进行比较。结果 共患ADHD的AS组其学业以及社交功能损害程度均较无共患ADHD的AS组严重,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 共患ADHD学龄AS儿童存在更为严重的学业及社交功能损害。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of comorbid ADHD on school-age Asperger syndrome (AS) children's academic and social function impairment. Methods The Vanderbilt ADHD Rating Scales was used to evaluate the diagnosed 90 school-age AS children (male 85,female 5) in out-patient,the age ranged from 6~14 years,Average age was 9.11±2.11.The academic and social function impairment of 44 comorbid ADHD children were compared with pure AS children. Results The academic and social function impairment in AS+ADHD group were serious than the pure AS group,which had a distinguished statistical significance (P<0.01). Conclusion The school-age AS children comorbid ADHD have more serious academic and social function impairment.
