Abstract: Food neophobia is one of the distinctive feeding disorders in children. It affects children's physical growth and neurological development, resulting in negative impacts on their eating behaviors and habits. This review elucidates the concept and origin of food neophobia, and summarizes the prevalence, associated factors and effective interventions according to previous literature, in order to provide suggestions and guidance for the prevention and early intervention of children with food neophobia.

摘要: 食物恐新症是儿童特有的喂养障碍,不仅影响儿童的体格生长与神经发育,也对儿童成年后的饮食行为与习惯造成深远的负面影响。本文阐述了食物恐新症的概念来源及定义,根据国内外研究进展综述食物恐新症的发生情况、主要影响因素、干预措施,为食物恐新症儿童的预防与早期干预提供参考与指导。
