Abstract: 【Objective】 To research the visual and aural combined training for children with autism. 【Methods】 All cases were in-patients.There were total 62 cases(56 boys,6 girls) with autism diagnosis depended on ICD-10.Divided them into two groups (28 boys and 3 girls in one group).Group A aged:2.10~6.92 years olds,the mains were (4.49±1.12)years olds.They were trained 6 hr/per day only.Group B Aged:2.14~7.01 years old,the mains were(4.38±1.92)years olds.They were trained 5.5 hr/per day add with the visual and aural combined training about 30 min/per day.The ages,symptom,and the score of ABC scale were no significantly differences in two groups. 【Results】 The period of training were 3~6 months.The mains were 4.50 months(group A)and 4.56 months(group B).There were more changes on inattention and bad emotion in Group B than group A(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Visual and aural combined training has been had more helpful for the symptom of inattention and bad emotion of children with autism.

摘要： 【目的】 研究视听统合训练对孤独症注意力与情绪的帮助。 【方法】 全部病例均为住院病人,均按ICD-10标准确诊为孤独症共62例,其中男童56例,女童6例。随机分为两组,每组31例(男28例,女3例);甲组年龄2.10~6.92岁,平均(4.49±1.12)岁,乙组年龄2.14~7.01岁,平均(4.38±1.92)岁,两组年龄、症状及孤独症行为量表(Autism Behavior Checklist,ABC)评分差异均无统计学意义。甲组进行常规培训,每天6 h。乙组同样进行常规培训但每天减少半小时大运动改为半小时视听统合训练。依据症状清单,记录训练前后主要症状的变化,同时,用ABC量表评估治疗前后孤独症行为。 【结果】 训练时期均为3~6个月,平均训练时间甲组为4.50个月,乙组为4.56个月,两组差异无统计学意义。两组在改善情绪和注意力方面,合并用视听统合组改善率高于单纯培训组(P<0.05)。 【结论】 视听统合训练方法对改善孤独症的注意力及情绪有一定帮助,且无任何不良反应。
