Relationship of children's subjective life quality and self-concept of primary school students in Beijing.

北京市城区学龄儿童自我意识与主观生活质量的相关性研究

Abstract: Objective To assess the children's subjective life quality and self-concept of primary school students in Beijing. Methods A total of 210 children were selected in Beijing urban area.Groups surveying methods was used and all of subjects were required to finish Piers-Harris children's self-concept scale and inventory of subjective quality of life.Linear correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between PHCSS and ISQL. Results In the six dimensions of PHCSS,children in Beijing were higher than the national level.The overall level of subjective quality of life of Beijing children was higher compared with normal level.The difference was statistically significant.And the cognitive component of subjective quality of life of Beijing children was higher than normal level,but emotional component was as same as normal level.The children's self-concept level had a positive linear correlation with subjective life quality. Conclusions The levels of PHCSS and ISQL of children in Beijing are better than normal level.This study also finds that the higher level of the children's self-concept,the better of their subjective life quality.

摘要: 目的 了解北京市城区学龄儿童自我意识及主观生活质量现状,并分析两者间的相关性。方法 采用团体施测方式,采用Piers-Harris儿童自我意识量表和儿少主观生活量表对北京市城区210名学龄儿童进行测评。采用线性相关分析学龄儿童自我意识与主观生活质量之间的关系。结果 北京市城区学龄儿童在自我意识的6个维度上的得分以及总分均高于全国城市常模的水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);主观生活质量总体水平高于常模水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),主观生活质量中认知成分高于常模水平,情感成分与常模水平相当。自我意识水平与主观生活质量呈线性正相关。结论 北京市城区学龄儿童的自我意识水平与主观生活质量总体高于常模水平。自我意识越高的儿童其主观生活质量也越好。
