Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of complementary feeding supervised by household nursing on growth and development of infants. Methods 65 infants were collected and divided into two groups at random.The intervention group received complementary feeding which supervised by household nursing while the control group only observed.All was monitored the value of weight and height every month following up nine months. Results The figures of weight and height of the intervention group during their sixth month,ninth month and twelfth month were significantly higher than those of control group(P＜0.05).The control group also had complementary feeding for premature and unreasonable phenomenon. Conclusions Complementary feeding supervised by household nursing can promote the growth and development of infants.

摘要： 目的 研究家庭督导辅食添加对婴儿生长发育的影响。方法 将65例在本科进行定期体检的婴儿纳为研究对象,并随机分为干预组和对照组。前者进行家庭督导辅食添加,后者仅对其实际辅食添加情况进行如实登记。定期对婴儿身长、体重进行测量,共随访9个月。结果 干预组婴儿的身长、体重在其6、9、12月龄时均明显高于对照组婴儿同时期相应指标,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。对照组还存在辅食添加过早及不合理的现象。 结论 家庭督导辅食添加能明显促进婴儿的生长发育。
