Research progress on the relationship between environmental factors and autism spectrum disorder

Abstract

Abstract: Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a group of neurodevelopmental disorders that cause onset in early childhood and is the result of a combination of genetics,immunology,epigenetics and the environment.In recent years,environmental factors have become research highlights in the study of pathogenesis of ASD at home and abroad.Therefore,this review summarizes the environmental factors related to the pathogenesis of ASD.

摘要： 孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)是一组起病于儿童早期的神经发育障碍性疾病,是遗传学、免疫学、表观遗传学和环境等多因素共同作用的结果。近年来,环境因素成为国内外ASD发病机制研究的热点,故本文对与ASD发病相关的环境因素进行综述。

关键词: 孤独症谱系障碍, 环境因素, 炎症反应
