Research progress on signal pathways related to the pathogenesis of pancreatitis

摘要: 胰腺炎是一种常见的消化性疾病,临床症状主要有腹部疼痛、消瘦、腹泻、脂肪泻等。迄今为止胰腺炎的发病机制尚未阐明,且对此靶标明确、疗效稳定、副作用小的药物寥寥无几。本文对胰腺炎的可能发病机制相关的信号通路及其相关的治疗方法进行总结叙述,以期为治疗胰腺炎的新药研究提供新的思路与参考。

Abstract: Pancreatitis is a common digestive disease, the main clinical symptoms are abdominal pain, emaciation, diarrhea, fatty diarrhea and so on. So far, the pathogenesis of pancreatitis has not been clarified, and there are few drugs with clear target, stable curative effect and fewer side effects. This paper summarizes the possible related signal pathways and related treatment methods of pathogenesis of pancreatitis, in order to provide new ideas and references for the research of new drugs for the treatment of pancreatitis.
