静脉注射和肌肉注射不同剂量rhIFNα2a 对小鼠体温的影响

Comparison of change of body temperature in mice induced by intravenously and intramuscularly injection of different dosage of rhIFNα2a

摘要: 目的: 研究静脉注射和肌肉注射不同剂量rhIFNα2a 对小鼠体温的影响。方法: 测量给药前后不同时间点的小鼠体温和血清rhIFNα2a 的浓度。结果: 相同剂量的rhIFNα2a 静脉注射与肌肉注射比较,引起小鼠体温升高的作用更强, 而且rhIFNα2a 引起的发热可被吲哚美辛阻断。结论: rhIFNα2a 肌肉注射较静脉注射引起不良反应轻, 对于rhIFNα2a 引起发热敏感的机体可联合用非甾体类抗炎药。

Abstract: AIM: To study the effects of body temperature changes inmice induced by intravenously and intramuscularly injection of different dosage of rhIFNα2a. METHODS: The body temperature in mice was measured at 30 minute before and at different time after rhIFNα2a injection and the concentration of IFN in serum was measured by ELISA method.RESULTS: Intravenous injection of rhIFNα2a induced remarkably higher and longer fever than intramuscular injection.And the fever increase was inhibited by indomethacin.CONCLUSION: Intramuscular injection of rhIFNα2a shows fewer side effects than intravenous injection.Fever change sensitive to rhIFNα2a can be inhibited by using non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs.
