摘要: 目的: 探索白血病患者体内依托泊苷(VP16)浓度与CYP3A酶活性(CA)的相关性。方法: 采用HPLC法分别测定20例白血病患者血浆中VP16浓度及尿液CA,进行相关性分析。结果: 白血病患者体内VP16浓度与CA元相关性,而与CA 的常用对数(lgCA)线性相关,相关系数r=0.969。结论: 通过测定CA制定VP16 给药方案是可行的。

Abstract: AIM: To explore the correlation between Drug concentration of etoposide (VP16) and CYP3A activity (CA) in leukemia.METHODS: The urinary 6β-hydroxycortisol/hydrocortisone ratio is a useful marker for CA. Concentration of Vpl6 in plasma and CA was determined by HPLC in 20 leucemia patients, and the correla-tion analysis was performed using the SPSS software.RESULTS: Correlation analysis between drug concentration of VP16 and CA in leukemia was poor correlated (r=0.725), but concentration of VP16 and IGCA showed good correlated (r = 0. 969).CONCLUSION: It is feasible to adjust the therapeutic regimen of VP16 by determing CA.
