基因芯片法检测抗高血压药物相关基因

Detection of antihypertensive drug related genes by gene array

摘要: 目的: 检测219例样本的高血压药物相关基因的突变位点,并进行基因分型。对比不同检测方法,验证实验所用芯片检测方法的可靠性。方法: 采用基因芯片法对5个与高血压药物相关的基因进行检测分型,并与直接测序或片段长度多态性检测法所得结果进行比对。结果: 两种方法所得基因分型结果具有较高的一致性。结论: 本实验采用的抗高血压药物相关基因芯片检测法具有一定的可靠性,方法简便快捷。

Abstract: AIM: To detect and type the antihypertensive drug related genes of 219 samples and validate the reliability of the gene microarray method in this experiment. METHODS: Genotype analysis of five antihypertensive drug related genes was performed using gene microarray. And the results of gene microarray analysis were compared with the results of standard ABI sequencing or fragment length polymorphism. RESULTS: Genotyping results of two methods had a high consistency. CONCLUSION: The gene microarray method used in our experiment is simple, efficient and reliable.
