基于RBL-2H3细胞模型的I型过敏反应和类过敏反应研究

Study progress of type I anaphylaxis reaction and anaphylactoid reaction on the basis of RBL-2H3 cell models

摘要: I型速发型过敏是常见的药物不良反应,长期受到人们的广泛重视和研究。类过敏反应自20世纪80年代在造影剂和麻醉剂的使用中发现以来,其发生频率不断提高,尤其随着中药注射剂的广泛使用而越来越受到重视。但其确切机理还尚未得到阐明。RBL-2H3细胞是一类表面含有丰富的IgE受体鼠嗜碱性淋巴细胞,在研究过敏反应方面有重要作用。本文就如何以RBL-2H3细胞构建这两类过敏反应的体外细胞模型及如何检测其效应分子进行简单阐述,同时介绍这两类反应机制的研究进展。

Abstract: It have been apparently considerable research work on type I anaphylaxis reaction since it was discovered in early 20th.Anaphylactoid reaction was first described in application of anaesthetic and contrast medium in 1980s.With the ascending rate of anaphylactoid responses accompanied the increasing use of traditional Chinese medicine injections, much attention has been paid to this field in order to clarify the mechanism.This article focuses on the cell model of type I and pseudoallergic reaction based on RBL-2H3 cell with the latest detection methods and molecular mechanism in vitro.
