摘要/Abstract

摘要： 右美托咪啶为高效、高选择性的α₂肾上腺素能受体激动剂,主要产生镇痛、镇静效应,已在神经外科手术、术前用药、全麻辅助药、治疗撤药反应等诸多临床实践中获得成功应用。本文就其临床应用进展作一综述。

Abstract: Dexmedetomidine is a potent and highly selective α₂-adrenoceptor agonist that has been shown to have both sedative and analgesic effects.It has been successfully used in the neurosurgery,for premedication,as an adjunct to general anesthesia and in the treatment of drug withdraw.This review focuses on the advances of dexmedetomidine in clinical applications.
