Clinical effect observation of Ping gan zi yin tong yu Fang combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of hypertension

AIM: To explore the clinical effect of Ping gan zi yin tong yu Fang combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of hypertension. METHODS: From June 2017 to June 2018, 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 45 cases, the control group was given amlodipine besylate, the treatment group was given amlodipine besylate combined with Ping gan zi yin tong yu Fang. After 15 days of treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were observed. RESULTS: After treatment, the total effective rate, blood pressure drop level, TCM syndromes and quality of life of patients in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Ping gan zi yin tong yu Fang combined with amlodipine besylate is effective in the treatment of hypertension with low incidence of adverse reactions, which can be further applied in clinical practice.
