Abstract: AIM: To investigate the clinical efficacy of naloxone in treatment ofPatients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).METHODS: 122Patients were randomly assigned to treatment grouP(n=62)and control group(n=60).The 5%GS 250 ml +naloxone injection 0.8mg were infused intravenously twice a day in treatment grouPand the 5%GS 250 ml +danshen injection 16 ml once a day by the same way in control group. The treatmentslasted for 14 days. The curative effects before and after 14-days therapy and effect times in two groups were observed.RESULTS: The total effective rate in treatment grouP(93.5%)was significantly higher than those(76.7%)in control grouP(P<0.05).The effect times in treatment grouPwere significantly superior to those in control grouP(P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Naloxone shows a better clinical efficacy in treatment ofPatients with ACI.
