Evaluation of Efficacy of Astragalus injection in treatment ofPatients with chronic heart failure

Abstract

Abstract: AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of Astragalus injection in treatment ofPatients with chronic heart failure.METHODS: 60Patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into Astragalus injection treatment grouPand control group.The Astragalus injection grouPwas treated with Astragalus injection 40 ml(iv,qd)based on normal treatment.The treatmentslasted for 14 days.RESULTS: The total effective rate in the Astragalus injection grouPwas 90%,and 83.3% in the control group(P>0.05).But the obvious effective rate(67.7%)in the Astragalus injection grouPwas higher than that in the control.CONCLUSION: The Astragalus injection can improve the heart function ofPatients with chronic heart failure.
