Advances of desloratadine in clinic treatment of allergic diseases

Abstract

Abstract: Desloratadine is a new H₁-histamine antagonist which have potent, rapid and continuous anti-allergic effect. In additional, it possesses unique anti-inflammatory properties and mechanism. Many recent clinic studies had confirmed a good prospect of desloratadine in clinic treatment of allergic diseases.
