Study of the antiuler effet of pantoprazole

Abstract: Aim To evaluate the effect of pantpraole on various xerimental acule ule in rats and mice. Methods The model of a gastric uler of rats or mice was caused by steinduced uler and ligatel pyluru-induced ulcer.I Results &Conclusions At a dose of 5, 10,20 mg·kg-1of Pantoprazole can markedly decrease the ulcer index of the area stree indued uler Panopraole(4, 8.16 mg·kg-1) sificanly derease of igted pylorusindued gatrice uler. It was also found that pnopraole can inhibit the output of basic gastric acid.
