Abstract: Clinical pharmacists participate in the treatment of one case of bacteremia, thought designing of the formulation individualized drug treatment and carrying out effective pharmaceutical care, we can better analyze the infection of the patient and control it. As a result, clinical pharmacists in clinical team can promote the clinical medication more secure, effective and reasonable.
