高危及慢性病儿童保健

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着学术与社会的进步,需要逐步实现对发育迟滞儿童的早期发现与科学早期干预。对高危及慢性病儿童早期识别并开展长期有益的干预性保健是一项系统工程。极低早产婴儿未来出现发育障碍的风险很高,不管是发达国家还是发展中国家,并非所有的高危儿童都进入了多学科的临床随访并获得有益的早期干预。受到数据的有效性(难以共享)以及各种社会、环境与缺乏多学科合作的保健体系的限制,建立健全长期可施行的、适合我国国情的高危儿童以及慢性病儿童的保健与随访体系就显得更为重要。
