Abstract: With the continuous improvement of medical standards and the continuous development of perinatal medicine recently, the survival rate of premature infants has significantly improved. At the same time, the incidence of neurological diseases such as cerebral palsy, epilepsy and mental retardation has increased significantly.Studies have shown that early adequate nutrition is an important factor in the developmental outcomes of preterm infants' neurodevelopment and later cognitive abilities. This review summarizes the effect of early nutritional interventions to preterm infants on brain development and nervous system development,in order to analyze the relationship between nutrients, nutritional supplements and the development of premature infants' brain and nervous system.
