Abstract: Lipidomics analysis method is a comprehensive and systematic analysis and identification of lipid metabolites and interacting molecules, which can reveal the relationship between lipid metabolism and physiological or pathological processes of cells, organs and even the body. The development of lipidomics analysis method has not only been limited to the auxiliary verification of pathology in clinically diagnosed patients, but has gradually developed into a means of prospective prediction of disease occurrence and monitoring of disease progression. This article mainly summarizes the application progress of lipidomics analysis method in children's health and disease.

摘要: 脂质组学分析方法是对脂质类代谢物及相互作用的分子进行全面系统的分析与鉴定,可以揭示脂质及脂质代谢与细胞、器官乃至机体的生理或病理过程的联系。脂质组学分析方法发展至今,已不止局限于对已临床确诊的患者进行病理学方面的辅助验证,而是逐渐发展为前瞻性预测疾病发生及监测疾病进展的一种手段。本文主要总结了脂质组学分析方法在儿童健康与疾病中的应用进展。
