Abstract: Sleep deprivation is a state in which the body does not get enough sleep due to various reasons.There is growing evidence that pregnancy is a special physiological period when sleep deprivation is more likely to occur to varying degrees than in non-pregnant women, and that it may have serious adverse consequences for the offspring.This article summarizes and reviews the effects of sleep deprivation during pregnancy on the offspring and may provide some clinical ideas to promote maternal health and improve offspring outcomes.

摘要: 睡眠剥夺是指由于各种原因引起的机体睡眠时间不足的状态。越来越多的证据表明,与未孕女性相比,妊娠期处于特殊生理时期,容易发生不同程度的睡眠剥夺,并且可能对子代产生严重的不良后果。本文总结了妊娠期睡眠剥夺对子代的影响并予以综述,或可对促进孕期保健和改善后代结局提供一些临床思路。
