地氯雷他定治疗过敏性疾病的临床研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 地氯雷他定是新型第二代抗组胺药,抗过敏作用强,起效快且效力持久,对中枢神经系统影响较小。此外,本品还具有不依赖于组胺H₁受体独特的抗炎活性和机制。大量新的临床研究证实,地氯雷他定在多种过敏性疾病中具有良好的治疗应用。

Abstract: Desloratadine is a new H₁-histamine antagonist which have potent, rapid and continuous anti-allergic effect. In additional, it possesses unique anti-inflammatory properties and mechanism. Many recent clinic studies had confirmed a good prospect of desloratadine in clinic treatment of allergic diseases.
