摘要: 间充质基质/干细胞(mesenchymal stromal/stem cells, MSCs)是一种存在于人体多种组织和器官间质中的成体干细胞,能够分化为成骨细胞、软骨细胞、脂肪细胞和心肌细胞。MSCs的来源比较广泛,包括骨髓、脂肪组织、牙髓、脐带和胎盘、外周血、皮肤和滑膜液。国内外研究表明,MSCs在多种自身免疫病的治疗具有重要研究价值和巨大应用潜力。MSCs为医学界推开了一扇新的大门,引发了人们对MSCs移植治疗自身免疫病试验的研究热潮。然而,鉴于当前MSCs的一些局限性,真正安全地应用到自身免疫病的治疗还需要更大体量和更为深入的试验和临床数据支持。本文将对MSCs在自身免疫病的治疗作用及其产生作用的可能机制进行综述。

Abstract: Mesenchymal stromal/stem cells (MSCs) are a type of pluripotent stem cells capable of differentiating into osteoblasts, chondrocytes, adipocytes, and cardiomyocytes. MSCs can be obtained from a variety of sources, including bone marrow, adipose tissue, dental pulp, The umbilical cord and the placenta, peripheral blood, skin, and synovial fluid. Studies at home and abroad have shown that MSCs have important research value and great application potential in the treatment of a variety of autoimmune diseases. MSCs have opened a new door for the medical community, and triggered an upsurge of research on MSCs transplantation for autoimmune disease trials. However, in view of the limitations of current MSCs, the safe application of MSCs in the treatment of autoimmune diseases still requires larger and more in-depth trial and clinical data support. In this paper, we will review the therapeutic effect of MSCs in autoimmune diseases and the possible mechanism of its effect.
