Transplantation of marrow stem cell on ischemic heart disease

Abstract

Abstract: Stem cell is an ideal target cell with the ability of self-renewing and multi-differentiation, and can proliferate and keep multi-differentiation potential when it is suitably cultivated in vitro.Marrow stem cell can differentiate into cardiomyocytes and vascular structures through transplanting into damaged heart of experimental animal, and ameliorate the function of the ischemia heart.
