Design of indicated syndrome and its efficacy evaluation in clinical trial of TCM

Abstract

Abstract: Design of indicated syndrome is the feature of clinical study of TCM.Indicated syndrome should be designed by selecting indicators of effect and syndromeProperty,making the main effective indicators of the tested drug as the cardinal symptoms,grading the effective indicators(not syndromeProperty indicator)quantitatively.Evaluation of curative effect should be focused on the main effective indicators.
