Abstract: AIM: To investigate the antioxidative effect of in Alzheimer's Disease mice.METHODS: AD model mice were made by D-galactose and aluminum chloride, and administered with the soybean isoflavone active-extracts for 15 days. The activities of SOD and LDH, and the levels of MAD were measured in serum. The morphology and quantity of nerve cells were observed in hippocampus tissue.RESULTS: The activities of SOD and LDH significantly increased in the ISO groups(P < 0.01), the MAD levels obviously decreased in the model group(P <0.01), the quantity of the nerve cells increased, and its morphology was better than that in the model group.CONCLUSION: The soybean isoflavone active-extracts can improve the antioxidative functions in AD mouses.
