Latest clinical application and development of gene medicine

Abstract

Abstract: The clinical trials of gene and cell therapies for diseases, which are difficult to treat by current medical methods, at are an active stage.The novel clinical practice, progress of gene and cell therapy in cancer and nerve system disorder, the safety concerns and the gene express duration exploration are reviewed here.New strategy such as developing new cancer targeted vector,optimization of gene delivery route, and combination with stem cell technology are discussed.
