Abstract: AIM: To strengthen the monitoring of adverse drug reaction (ADR), and promote rational drug use and decrease the incidence rate of ADR.METHODS: 258 ADR case reports were collected and analyzed in our hospital in recent 5 years.RESULTS: The number of the reports about ADR was less, especially the number of ADR reported by nursing staff, which only accounting for 8.92% among total cases. In 258 cases of ADR reports, the higher incidence rate of ADR occured in the age of 21 to 80, which accounting for 8.98%-22.09%.In the different routes of administration, intravenous drip had the highest incidence rate, which was about 67.05%.Skin and accessory organs diseases were involved in ADR, and the incidence rate of ADR was highest, accounting for 41.08%.In various kinds of drugs in ADR, the antibacterials raising the incidence rate of ADR was highest, accounting for 42.64%.CONCLUSION: Unreasonable drug application will increase ADR incidence.
